Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where specifically provided under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within India on eligible orders as displayed on the website.

Delivery Delays

Krishnsakhi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Festival Season Deliveries

During major festival periods across India, order volumes and courier network constraints may significantly increase.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during such periods. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance of their pooja requirements.

Refunds will not be provided for delays arising from such circumstances.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Orders Above ₹899

  • One-time free exchange is available within 2 days of delivery.
  • Free reverse pickup and replacement delivery are included.

Orders Below ₹899

An exchange fee of ₹150 will be charged to cover:

  • Reverse pickup
  • Re-shipping
  • Handling and processing costs

Damaged Products

If an item is damaged during shipment:

  • Free exchange will be provided regardless of order value.
  • Supporting photographs may be required.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Exchanges requested due to incorrect size selection will be processed according to the above exchange terms.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided once an order has been placed.
  • Exchange, refund, and discount benefits are not available on Gift Packs unless otherwise stated.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a COD order is returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Cancellation after dispatch
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address provided

the customer shall be liable for all logistics costs incurred, including:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to bear these charges.

Where applicable:

  • Such costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • If no refund is due, the amount may be collected separately through UPI or other payment methods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Krishnsakhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

Complimentary Puja Offer – Terms & Conditions

The complimentary puja is offered solely as a goodwill gesture for qualifying purchases.

  • No separate charge is collected for the puja.
  • The puja is not part of the jewellery sale consideration.
  • It will not appear as a separate item on the tax invoice.

Signature Analysis is offered solely as a complimentary benefit with eligible purchases and only when the designated SIGN code is applied.

Customers acknowledge that:

Image Usage
