At Pooja Poshak Udhyog, we take great care to craft and quality-check every product before dispatch. Our products are specially designed for Indian God Idols and are handled with utmost attention to quality and packaging.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted, devotional, and specialized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We request that customers to review carefully:

  • Product details
  • Product dimensions
  • Quantity
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information

before completing their purchase.

Refunds will not be provided except where required under applicable law.


2. Exchange Policy (India Orders Only)

We offer exchanges for eligible orders delivered within India under the following conditions:

Orders Above ₹899

  • One-time free exchange is available.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as received

Orders Below ₹899

For orders below ₹899, an exchange fee of ₹250 will be applicable.

This fee covers:

  • Reverse pickup charges
  • Shipping of the replacement item
  • Handling and processing costs

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to transit or shipping issues:

  • A free exchange will be provided regardless of order value.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging may be required for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.


4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

5. Exchange Value Rules

When requesting an exchange:

  • Customers may exchange for products of the same value or higher value.
  • If the selected replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
  • Customers can refer to the invoice shared via WhatsApp or email to identify eligible replacement products.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used products
  • Altered or modified products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift Packs and special promotional bundles (unless damaged during transit)

7. International Orders

At present, exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside India.

All international orders are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.


8. Open Package Delivery

We do not provide an Open Package Delivery facility.

Customers are requested to:

  • Review the invoice sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • Verify the products after delivery.
  • Contact us immediately if there is any issue with the order.

9. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Although refunds are not offered, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns related to product quality, shipping damage, or order-related issues.
